As a rule, we have initial consultations with new patients. The consultation usually lasts about an hour, in some cases longer. During the talk, we get to know each other better and, often, a first therapy suggestion can be made if desired.
With external patients, these consultations usually have to be carried out on the phone or via Skype. In such cases, we kindy request that the patients sends their medical documents to us in advance so that we can prepare ourselves for the talks.
Subsequently, a decision will be made about whether cooperation between us is possible. If so, we will provide you with further information about our clinic, how to get here, accommodation and meals, as well as the expected costs. Then a booking can be made for an intensive treatment or therapy lasting several weeks.
Getting a second opinion
After the initial diagnosis at a hospital or their family doctor, many people feel very insecure. In such cases, it may be important for them to have an extensive consultation with an experienced doctor to assess the patient’s current. We would be happy to offer such a “second opinion” and will take the time you need so that you can make a good decision. Here, too, it would be helpful if you could send us what has been found so far in advance so that we can devote most of the time to the talk with you and not to viewing documents.
Please make follow-up appointments as early as possible
Ideally, follow-up appointments should be made right after a consultation with one of our assistants. If you don’t have your appointment calendar with you, you can of course make appointments over the phone. If you have to cancel an appointment, please notify us as quickly as possible so that we can adjust our schedule.
Thank you very much for your support and cooperation on these important organizational issues!
